Carlos is a seasoned Senior Professional Agrologist/Senior Soil Scientist with over 22 years of experience in environmental management. As VP, he oversees all business units and collaborates extensively with regulatory agencies, industry personnel and stakeholders to develop customized strategies for regulatory compliance. Carlos specializes in oil sands, coal mines and SAGD programs, managing all aspects from planning and coordination to environmental impact assessment and habitat restoration.
